Webinar “Financial Management Pecularities within Erasmus+ projects’ implementation” (23.03.2023, online)
On March 23, 2023, National Erasmus+ office in Ukraine, with the participation of CBHE and Jean Monet project teams organised a webinar “Financial Management Pecularities within Erasmus+ projects’ implementation”. More than 195 representatives of CBHE, Jean Monnet and other projects of the 2022 call took part in the event.
Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator, National Erasmus+ office in Ukraine, welcomed participants and presented the general rules and features of the Erasmus+ CBHE and Jean Monnet projects implementation regarding financial management, the principle of a fixed amount, as well as the conditions and challenges of implementing projects during the war in Ukraine.
The event was also attended by experienced representatives of Erasmus+ projects, who shared their own experience in managing project funds:

- Svitlana SVERDLIKOVA, Sumy State University;

- Alla OSTAFYCHUK, Bukovyna State University;
- Natalya GOTS, Lviv Polytechnic National University.
Speakers presented successful practices regarding receiving and crediting funds to organizations’ accounts, documents for the State Treasury Service, making payments, paying wages, business trips, drawing up contracts and documents, keeping documentation and reporting in accordance with national legislation within the rules of the Erasmus+ Program.
After the presentations, Svitlana SHYTIKOVA and Petro KRAINIK, National Erasmus+ office in Ukraine (EU project), together with the teams of project executors, provided comprehensive answers, recommendations, comments and advice.
